He has a degree in Engineering and also became the CFO for a corporation that was on the verge of going under, with his expertise, he managed to turn the company around to positive cash flow and later sell it for a profit. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, John became an expert on local neighborhoods and what they had to offer buyers. This paired with his extensive knowledge and experience in establishing rapport and negotiating high-level multi-million dollar contracts with corporation CEO's and business owners was the ideal background to take on real estate. He has excelled in all areas from head of commercial and residential departments, later on managing over 70 agents and now as part of The Elmes Group of SOL Sotheby's International Realty. John is proud of the fact that a high percentage of his business comes from past clients and referrals from people who choose his services time and again.
