As a member of Carlos Justo's team since 2004, Jorge Uribe's professionalism and expertise in the residential luxury real estate market has generated over $220 million in sales and more than $6.6 million Gross Commission Income for SOL Sotheby's International Realty. Jorge's hard work and dedication translates into him yielding more than 37% of SOL Sotheby's International Realty total sales on a yearly basis. Jorge Uribe is the lead agent in charge of the Coconut Grove and the Coral Gables areas for SOL Sotheby's International Realty. He was the top producer for SOL Sotheby's International Realty in 2005, in 2006 and in 2007.
Jorge graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Northeastern University and with a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing from Thunderbird, the School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona.
Mr. Uribe has over ten years of experience in sales and international business at the management level. He was a founding member and the COO of EMC3 Media.com (a media auction company for the US Hispanic and Mexican markets) and the Operations and Sales Manager of United Technologies' Carrier office in Chile. He opened the Chile headquarters in Santiago and gained a 25% of market share and in turn increased the sales from $1.5million to $13.5 million a year in less than 5 years. As COO of EMC3Media.com , Jorge launched the Mexico office and raised $2mm funds from investors.
Jorge sits on the Board for the Mercy Hospital Ambassadors and for Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos, an orphanage with a presence in 9 countries in Latin America currently serving over 3600 children.
Jorge, his wife Janette and their three children live in Pinecrest since moving back to Miami from Chile in 1999. |

Raymond H. Bolduc II simultaneously serves as Chief Operating Officer for SOL
Sotheby's International Realty.
Raymond H. Bolduc II focuses on identifying and creating value for SOL Sotheby's International Realty
clients under continually changing market environments. A global
insider, who travels internationally for marketing and client
development, Raymond H. Bolduc II most recently attended the Sotheby's Russian Art
Auction in London, the Moussem de Tan Tan in Morocco's Sahara dessert,
and several major real estate events in the Cayman Islands and Puerto
Rico.
Raymond H. Bolduc II holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business from Rutgers
and Northeastern Universities. Prior senior management roles include:
Business Planning Consultant for the world's oldest consulting firm, The
Arthur D. Little Company; Director of Latin American Operations for
American Express; and Director of Planning for First Capital Financial
Corp. (a $500 million commercial real estate syndication firm).
Born in Boston, Raymond H. Bolduc II lived and worked in Europe, Latin America and
Africa and is fully bilingual in Spanish. Raymond H. Bolduc II and his wife Ana,
a senior corporate lending officer, reside on Miami's Brickell Avenue
waterfront where they continue to be inspired by Miami's development
