We are currently accepting applications from sellers who wish to be included in our Spring 2008 auctions in Destin, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and Sarasota. Inventory Specifics
 
Many ABSOLUTE. Many of the properties offered will be on an absolute basis, with no reserves. These listings will sell on or before auction day, regardless of price.
Motivated Sellers. The auction representatives are selective as to which properties are accepted on a reserve basis. Whether they are absolute or reserve, all clients included are dedicated to selling on auction day and risking a drastic negotiation on price.
Total Portfolio. The Luxury Portfolio Auctions will each feature $50,000,000-$100,000,000 of luxury properties.
Varying Choices. The inventory will include properties throughout Florida, from historical to new construction, and from gulf front to bay front to inland acreage.
 
Buyer Registration
 
Buyer registration is not mandatory prior to Auction Day, however, we will gladly accommodate individuals who wish to pre-register and/or who will be bidding via phone or internet on Auction Day.

Formal Registration will occur on the day of Auction. Buyers must register for each property for which they will be bidding. The following is a list of items needed to bid:
 
Driver's License
Bidder's Validation Check: A $10,000 Certified or Cashier's Check, made payable to your self. Some properties require a higher bidder's amount, which are detailed on the property portfolio page.
Bank Letter: A letter from a financial institution stating an amount to which the registrant is qualified to bid.
Deposit Check: A blank personal check, to complete a 10% deposit if you are the winning bidder.
Terms and Conditions of Sale - May be signed in advance or at Formal Registration.
